Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Kiwi Flame ("Kiwi Flame", "we") through kiwiflame.nz. Online orders aren't open yet. These terms will apply once they are.

Your rights come first

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other New Zealand law. If anything here seems to say otherwise, the law wins.

Who can order

We currently deliver within New Zealand only.

Prices and payment

Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has gone through, and you'll get a receipt by email.

If we've made a pricing mistake, we'll contact you before sending your order and you can choose to pay the right price or cancel for a full refund.

Availability

Kiwi Flame is made in small batches, so stock can run out. If something you've paid for has sold out, we'll tell you and refund it in full.

Problems with your order

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, see returns and refunds.

Allergens and food safety

Every Kiwi Flame sauce contains barley, fish and sulphites. Check the label before eating, especially if you're buying for someone else. Kiwi Flame is a chilli sauce: please use it sensibly and keep it away from eyes and small children.

The Hot waiver and Town Wars

The Heat Liability Waiver is a novelty. It isn't a legal liability waiver and it doesn't affect your rights. Town Wars has its own rules.
