Eat it with
Peri-peri goes with most things. Here's where to start, and which heat suits what.
- Chips. Obviously.
- Shake the bottle, pour, and eat them before they go soggy.

- Toss thighs or drumsticks through it before they hit the barbecue, then brush on a little more at the end. Try Medium
- Eggs, any style.
- A few dots over fried or scrambled eggs. Mild, if it's early. Try Mild

- Stir a spoonful into mayo for the bun, or go straight onto the patty.
- Roast potatoes, crunchy bits especially.
- Toss them through just before serving, while they're still crisp. Try Medium
- Steak.
- A small pool on the side of the plate. Hot, if you're that way inclined. Try Hot
